2024年11月22日 金曜日 開園と同時にゴリラ舎へ行って収録したニシローランドゴリラのシャバーニとその家族達の映像です。 お昼ご飯までの時間帯を撮影しました。 シャバーニとアイは､ネネのいる地下室へ頻繁に行っていたので撮影する機会が少ないです。 それゆえにキヨマサとアニーが多く登場する動画となってしまいました。 アイがタワー先上段に上り野菜を食べているシーンが長回しで撮影されてきます。これが見せ場です。 Friday, November 22, 2024 This is a video of Shabani, a western lowland gorilla, and his family that was recorded at the Gorilla House as soon as the zoo opened. The footage was taken before lunchtime. Shabani and Ai often went to the basement where Nene was, so there were few opportunities to film them. Therefore, Kiyomasa and Annie appear a lot in the video. The scene where Ai climbs to the top of the tower and eats vegetables is shot in a long take. Grazie per il tuo commento Sembra che Nene stia ancora trascorrendo il suo tempo isolata nel seminterrato. Shabani e altri gorilla possono andare liberamente sottoterra. Shabani e Ai raccolgono le verdure nel parco giochi e vanno immediatamente nel seminterrato. Non ho molte opportunità di scattare foto. Sebbene Nene sia anziana, sembra essere in grado di camminare da sola.

Shabani and Ai go to the basement as soon as they pick up vegetables in the playground. I don't have many opportunities to take photos. Nene is old, but she is able to walk on her own.

0:32 Those are 🍅 tomatoes, and some very ripe tasty looking ones. Persimmons are more orange/red in color. Their food is always fresh, and they get an abundance, and variety of tasty 🍅🍆🥬🥒 veggies daily 😃.

@@Mr.Gori_1996 Thank you Mr. Gori for the update on Nene, and the wonderful stunning footage that you capture of the Shabani 🦍 family in brilliant 4k. The fall Nene suffered took a lot out of her. For that reason, as well as her rather advanced age, and condition of her legs after the fall we can likely expect that Nene will be permanently confined to the basement where she can be very closely monitored to prevent further injuring herself. At this point, I don't think it would be feasible to put Nene back into the exhibit with the troop, as they've had an extremely stressful reaction to her sudden change in overall health. I am glad that Ai and Shabani go to the basement and visit with her. It must be really hard for Ai bless her 💞 heart to see her mother in the current condition 😞.

I hate to even think along these lines, but I wonder if the zoo has given a time frame on Nene meaning if her health doesn't improve by a certain time frame then what, the inevitable?

​@@PrimateLady I am sure they have a treatment plan going. It is my understanding that Nene after her fall wasn't walking at all. We saw how she was dragging her lower body last time she was in the enclosure. I guess she now has some mobility, and an appetite. I'm assuming though she may have injured her spine. Her legs apparently have lost what little strength they had. Nene is just old, and has lived a very long life in gorilla years. I would hate for her to be subjected to prolonged suffering though 😣.
