Anything Lyle says about fire bottles and fire safety should be considered very strongly. If there is a 'fire fuse' that can be implemented practically, that should be considered as well. Drag racing has such a good safety culture compared to many series, please do anything to keep the guys and gals safe. If they can shut off a top fuel car with a remote, maybe its worth adding a remote fire trigger??? You guys are AWESOME!

Firebird in Idaho is easily the best track I have ever been to. It’s a family owned and operated place. It’s where I earned my NHRA license.. and they were so friendly to me while I earned my license.

its sorta like indy 500 and how the 2nd day of qualifying thrown together cars has been eliminated in favor of them pushing white wash content....racing like many things here in USA we pull for the underdog. its fun seeing who is leading the 500 and all the drama...but i always would look up and down the leader board to see where the neer do wells were running that is those who unexpectedly got into the race. i think this is supported by looking at all the excitement generated by shane van ginsberger and his win in nascar chicago street race.
