I'm Irish and an ex UN peace keeper from the region. I can fully understand the frustration of the Jewish people. A horrific act was carried out on the 7th against the Jewish people, no history could justify the atrocities and war crimes that were carried out by Hama's which included UN workers. The UN Secretary General then had the cheek, to try and mitigate the atrocities by saying Israel shared responsibility. From the moment he spoke those words, his position as SG was untenable, and he should have been forced to resign. I am also disgusted with the response from many International Countries including my own, they should be ashamed. This has been an atrocity like no other since the 2nd World War. Israel have the right and must continue with their action to completely finish Hama's. How can any Nation put forward the idea that Hama's can or must be part of any future Government.
