Anna InPoorEnglish I personally don't think he was sad, worried I guess. Well a new baby is a whole new chapter in a family's life and being the oldest he has been the one to see every struggle they could possible go through. I may be overthinking it but we have to remember that back in the day when they didn't really have much money, Gavin, Avia and Emmi were already around. He could also be thinking about the most simple things like sharing his bedroom since at this time they lived in a small 3 bedroom apartment where he had to share his bedroom with Brock. Anyways I think it's just a little bit of a exaggeration to thing that he was sad. As he said he was worried about having to be more responsible and seeing him now almost three years after daxton's birth I can definitely say that all these little responsibilities Gavin has had since he was little (Because if you think about it Avia was born when he wasn't even two, he has been a older brother his whole life) have made him a very sweet boy. Seeing the vlogs there's countless moments where Gavin just amazes me, he's just so good to his siblings it's incredible.

My baby sister had her own nursery when she was a newborn. Me and step sister shared a room with our 3 y/old sister that slept through the night- we had school the next day and every 2 hours the baby would wake up the toddler sister and that would be more crying then my step mom could handle. They eventually shared a room.

the youngest always has the room to themselves until they are able to do things on their own normally. Such as once they become a toddler. It is completely fair since no one wants to wake up to a crying baby, I'm sure they probably have but not as often since they don't share rooms with him. A baby needs more attention until it's able to mentally do things on its own, hense why daxton has his own room for now. I can gaurantee that once Daxton is old enough, Gavin will probably have his own room and Brock/Daxton will be sharing a room together.

Coming from someone with personal experience I feel like Emmi is going to have to go to counseling or something when she's older because she is always being put down by her sister Avia. But thats how sisters are, Avia just has that sassy personality and is a normal 9 year old girl wanting to be the center of attention. I just feel bad for Emmi because it seems like she is left out with avia and braille a lot because obviously Emmi is younger. She is literally the definition of the middle child. Plus whenever Avia is a brat to she is never told off for it.. for instance when Avia pulled Emmi away Shay encouraged it and did not realize what was happening
