🔎 The Sheepdogs:
The Sheepdogs are an old time rock n roll revival every bit as dynamic on stage as they are on record. The 5 man outfit hailing from the remote Canadian city of Saskatoon, have logged thousands of hours on stage and many more on the highway as they’ve gone from playing the roadhouses and taverns to becoming one of Canada’s most successful bands amassing a legion of fans worldwide with their rich harmonies, rounded guitar tones and classic rock influenced sound. Along the way they’ve released 7 full length albums of original tunes influenced by the masters of the classic rock era.
The band have scored fifteen Top 20 hits, twelve in the Top 10 with three singles taking the #1 spot on Canadian Rock radio. The band notably has had radio singles continuously in the Top 20 for over 70 weeks. Hit singles “I Don’t Know” and “Feeling Good” reached Platinum certification, with “The Way It Is” achieving Gold sales. The albums Learn & Burn and The Sheepdogs achieved Platinum certification and the band has been nominated for 10 JUNO awards, winning four of the coveted trophies including Breakthrough Group and Rock Album of the Year. The band was first to be selected as Record Store Day Canada Ambassadors in 2018 and have sold out shows coast to coast in Canada and around the world.
In 2022, The Sheepdogs released their 7th full length studio album Outta Sight to international acclaim including praise from Rolling Stone in Europe where the band’s popularity has soared. The Sheepdogs have spent most of 2022 on stage, performing nearly 100 shows to tens of thousands of ebullient fans worldwide in support of their latest LP.
