My theory is she was probably forced by Makoto to play the piano in front of a live audience. In the event PV you can see Makoto's smug face as Hina was about to perform, only for her to be surprised. Hina probably had very little time to practice.

Thank you! I tried my best to transcribe it down in the single afternoon/evening. With how small the image is and many parts aren't visible, the best I could do was guessing based on the song structure that it could be. I chose ABA structure (with A being the piano intro part and B being the part with voice) because it's common and would sound best for a short song. Honestly I'm pretty surprised with how the melody in the actual song goes. Another great job for Mitsukiyo-sensei. Actually, I picked violin as the second instrument at first but then I saw Vo. that stands for Voice. So I chose Tohoku Zunko for the sweet vocal.
