I was confused too but I pretty sure every time he talked about "pain pills" it was ammo, i think it was supposed to be an edgy tough nickname for bullets, I don't think he was getting vicoden or percocet or anything.

The recent hitman trilogy is amazing. However, it’s best played repetitively so you can see all the different ways to kill your targets on each map. Not a game I would just play through once and be done. But if you buy hitman 3 I think it comes with all the content from hitman 1&2. I recommend it heavily but I like stealth.

Hitman is such a fun game to play and to watch, it's so replayable and there are so many goofy possibilities.
