Amethyst gems are found on jungle island & There is 1 robux stall in the shop on every island. The horses that spawn in the robux stall are the only ones that spawn with skills already on the horse iirc. Any horse that spawns in the robux stall can also spawn in the token stalls & the wild. So yea, no horse is robux only but robux is the easiest way to get some of the rarer coats
