La banda Soulwax publicará el 29 de febrero la banda sonora del largometraje "Bélgica", dirigido por Felix Von Groeningen, quien fue nominado en 2014 al Oscar a mejor película en lengua no inglesa por "El Círculo Roto". La música seleccionada para el filme resiulta de lo más variada ya que incluye garaje rock, el kraut-techno, el psychobilly, el neo soul o el hardcore son algunos de los ingredientes de este disco, en el que cuentan con la colaboración de Igor Cavalera (exSepultura).Los hermanos David y Stephen Dewaele al frente de su proyecto Soulwax han creado las distintas piezas como si fueran los diversos grupos ficticios que aparecen a lo largo de la película. "Grabamos la música original que fue pinchada en directo, escribimos la música, ensayamos y grabamos los temas en un set en directo", ha explicado la banda. El primer adelanto sonoro es este "How Long" firmado por The Shitz. Te dejo también el trailer de la película "Bélgica" para que te hagas una idea de por donde van los tiros. Soulwax son una banda sumamente fructífera, durante los últimos años ha continuado con su proyecto Radio Soulwax, así como con 2manydjs. Música independiente novedades.
