People need to stop defending Nunez, he's genuinely terrible, he needs to go, he's a number 9 that can't finish. Danns, with his lack of game time and experience, is a better number 9. Nunez has been a massive waste of money. Every time he's on the pitch you just know he's going to mess up. The fact that him and Haaland were even in the same conversation when the transfer happened is beyond baffling.

He’s a player that doesn’t fit Liverpool’s style of play or system. His decision making has always been questionable at best - and I wonder whether that’s something he was criticised for at Benfica or whether it came after the huge price tag; maybe the weight of expectation got too much? There’s a player there. I can only imagine he leaves Liverpool and goes on to have a prolific career elsewhere. I think profile wise, oddly enough, he probably suits AC Milan quite nicely and those links made a lot of sense. A front three of Leao, Pulisic and Nunez does sound promising. Genuinely terrible is harsh, he’s not been great for us but was one of the hottest prospects in Europe prior to his transfer - it’s not like we were the only club in for him. Andy Carroll, by comparison, big stuff idiot and definitely a real waste of money. Naby Keita - the same. Nunez still feels like he’s a purple patch away from becoming a real nuisance for defenders (rather than his own supporters!) - I just don’t see it happening in the Premier League anymore.

Doogie doesn’t watch Chelsea bc Nkunku was Marescas first sub off the bench in the prem for almost the whole first half of the season and every time he came on even though it wasn’t in his preferred position he was terrible except the first bournemouth game. He gives ZERO effort and acts like everyone should play around him and pass to him only. he is way overrated all his goals this year are against terrible teams in the conference league big whoop 18 year old Marc Gui even looks better than Nkunku in the conference league

Maybe they've got big numbers in squad depth,but that 46 players wages they have to cover in comparison to a normal 25 man squad what most clubs seem to have & potentially many unhappy players as clubs can only register 25 at a time,not sure about being ahead of the curve with Chelsea who started well,but have just 3 points from the last 5 games & are falling down the league table with others below very close on points now. 💯⚽🤫👎
