I have found that intermittent fasting really helps with looking younger . I have been doing it for about three years. I did not do it for that reason I did it to lose weight. But I have been getting more and more comments about how I do not look my age. It’s not just the weight loss it’s my actual skin and reverse aging. It’s called autophagy & happens in fasting.

Just came back from South America a few weeks ago. The private guyde in Ecuador thought I was his age, 47. In Peru another guide said I was 47. And because I had no issues with the altitude like everyone in the group and around us, on my day off in Cusco I decided to hike to the Rainbow mountin. The hardest thing I have ever done. I made it ! The hiking is not the issue the 5100 metres altitude is. The young girl who looked after us also said I was in my late 40s. I will actually be 67 in April. I must be doing somethung right. My diet is good 3 to 4 hours gym classes a week working in the job.I like, caring for people with dementia Bachellor degree in disability. Taking holidays a couple of times a year. 😊

@victoria mihai I traveled in Peru Ecuador and other SA countries as well and that nourished my mind and soul. Living a minimal stress life and traveling keeps the mind, body and soul healthy and youthful 😉 but at 67 looking 47 is amazing! Would you mind sharing what sort of exercise do you do? And what sort of vitamins or food do eat in your daily diet? I’m almost 46 but looks 38-40. Needless to say I’m hoping to be able to look mid 40s when I’m in my mid 50s but the goal is of course to look 47 at 67 😉

@@jeancai4098 I believe that we have to eat the foods we were brought up on. That is because our body cells have that memory, grew up with that. I grew up in Romania. Our basic foods were potatoes, cabbage and beans, a lot of fresh fruit and salads. I have rye bread only. I listen to my body a lot. I only eat meat when I feel like. Not every day. I don t usually eat pork but if I feel like bacon one day I would have it. I am happy with my work. That counts a lot. I made a mistake up there, in Ian my first aid instructor said I was 42 his age. That is 25 years younger bec next month I will be 67. In my holiday to Egypt, Jordan and Israel. At the gym I do body pump on Tue, zumba and body ballance on Wednesday and sometimes Basic training on Thursday. Last week the basic training made me feel like a child again. All kind of exercises similar with going up and down the hills, climbing trees, like we were going up and down on the step, running etc. Whenever I don t go to the gym I walk for an hour or so. In my childhood children were happy because we were playng all the time besides school. Now children are sitting at the computers, they are depressed. I hope that helps. Good luck !

My experience with Medical Doctors, at least in the U.S. and probably most developed nations, are not educated for Illness prevention. They are trained to fix what is already broken. And even then, they do not address underlying cause of illness, rather tend to treat symptoms with toxic medications and tell you go go on about your life as usual. They may recommend exercise or losing weight, no alcohol, caffeine, or tobacco. That's about it. The MD's who offer illness prevention, are generally self educated, at least in the area of wellness and preventative care. In fact my medical doctor told me not to take supplements. He said to eat a bowl of Total cereal with milk. He said "they spray vitamins on the cereal and that's all I need". Yeah

Scrambled eggs: Pre heat your stainless steel saucepan on low heat until a drop of water will roll around and not immediately evaporate (too cold) or beak up into many tiny beads of water (too hot). I keep a cup of water to get a drip of water to test the pan's heat. Add butter to the saucepan and quickly coat the base, immediately add the hand beaten eggs; I like to pre-mix the eggs with half a cup of grated tasty cheese and a dash of cream and some chopped parsley. Keep the heat as low as possible, and stir the eggs frequently with a wooden spoon or spatular. remove when just set. The eggs will continue to cook in their own heat. Add the eggs to your breakfast dish and fill the saucepan with hot water. I scrape the pan with the wooden spoon before washing it. If the saucepan was too hot expect to find water in with the eggs; not nice if you put the eggs onto toast as it makes soggy toast. In home economics class children are taught to cook the sausages or bacon, tomatoes and potatoes, or toast first as the eggs are best served at the last moment.

Loved this talk, thank you Tom and Kashif. Cheers from a fellow Canuck who agrees 100% with this conversation. When I was a teen I ended up with severe knee pain and my MD said I was not anatomically meant to run. I was so sad, but respected him and 😢thought he was onto something. So i continued to cycle and walk. 30 years later I took up a little jogging and sprinting, low and behold I re-injured an old injury and faced a huge set back emotionally and physically. In conclusion, I truly believe in listening to one's own body talk (and maybe your kind childhood MD) whilst exercising a lot outdoors regardless of the weather, eat from the earth, get good sleep and LOVE lots.

It may also be: how are you *using* your body? - As a medical massage therapist (neuromuscular therapy as taught by Leon Chaitow), the way we move our body affects the joints. - Personal experience: my right knee can feel not aligned and fee irritated, primarily if: 1) I drive a lot and have my foot/leg rotated outward, as in to the right, and/or 2) I'm not sitting with my right leg/knee/foot facing forward, as well as my sleeping position... gotta have that right leg in anatomical neutral). It only takes a day for this to start happening, but several days for it to resolve (but only when I stop the torquing positions). And I also have to be deliberate when I walk, and almost feel like I'm walking pigeon-toed with my right foot; if I walk with the right foot/knee/leg turned outward, the problem gets worse --> because the bones aren't aligned. Our joints really shouldn't wear out, *IF* we're using our muscles optimally. Hope this gives some insight for you. PS .. can't forget: optimal hydration and regular movement. It's the movement which pushes that water into the tissues.

In what way does keto not work? For weight loss? It worked for me I did it for over a year and lost over 30 pounds within 3 months and felt superhuman so I continued even while maintaining my weight. the goal wasn’t just fatloss it was to maintain that amazing physical health I felt. My skin became clear and smooth, I never got bloated or had gas, I felt a lot of energy all day every day and didn’t crash at the end of the day. I actually started to naturally maintain more muscle mass like I became stronger and had visible muscle more so than I previously had even without any working out. I will continue this lifestyle, only reason I stopped is bulk carbs are cheaper than proteins and vegetables and I’m saving for a house.

My body couldn't handle it, it wasn't a noticeable allergy, it was hidden and triggering a systemic autoimmune response. Damaged almost everything and outcomes that the chaps in the video were describing. Took me about 8 years to figure out what was causing it. In the case of you and your sister, it obviously has other effects. david sinclair is your best bet, this guy looks like hes in his 40s. He also dyed his beard from grey to black in this vid, which makes him even more non credible. David is 50, but he looks 10 yrs younger with no wrinkles or grey hair, he also is a scientist that studies and is actively trying to reverse ageing. I would listen to him more than this guy who has full on grey beard in his 40s (assuming)

I'd love to sit with Kashif to help me figure out the causes of the migraines I have. I don't know where to turn at this point or which testing to do. All the Dr's I've seen just want to prescribe pharmaceuticals. That's not addressing the root cause. Ive already been avoiding plastics, making my own body products, drinking filtered water, avoiding chemical scents, avoiding sugar, getting sunlight, resistance training, 10,000 steps/day, etc etc

I liked your story about the Pecans ! ...I had a very recent experience, I started to regularly lack in energy late morning, & so I analyzed what was I eating in a.m., that could cause this? EV Olive Oil in my protein shake & nuts. I removed that in excess in my a.m. meal, & in a few days I was feeling better. So, too many healthy fats in early a.m. worked against me, go figure ? 🤔 But eating more of those foods later in day & eve worked much better with me !

0:47 In my opinion, what causes aging is anything that causes the cancellation of a normal process of body cell renewal. In other words, in order for the body to remain, it must be renewed all the time, and in order to remain at its best, it needs to be renewed in a proper way, from correct raw materials that have themselves undergone proper renewal, so that there was no type of corruption in all the cycles of renewal that were until the last renewal carried out in our body. And I'll explain what I mean. If a human being eats the flesh of an animal for example, then he is taking a creature that in order to exist it had to constantly renew itself, and he has stopped its renewal process, that is, he is now putting a corrupt substance into his body. Corrupted matter cannot regenerate properly and therefore it will cause the body to age. What does it mean that, the flesh of a dead animal cannot regenerate properly. If we look at how things are renewed in nature, we will find that a tree knows how to renew the skins and the solids and liquids of its fruits [which were returned as urine] it knows how to absorb them through the root and produce them to be new fruits. But there is no tree that can produce the meat of a dead animal *TO BE A LIVE ANIMAL AGAN, and from this it follows that there is no way to renew the meat of a dead animal, that is, you enter a broken circle, in which you inject damaged material into your body, without the ability to regenerate and build properly. So with this approach we will immediately understand that apart from fruits And vegetables and things that are able to regenerate when you return them to their origin, apart from them there is nothing else that is right to eat. So if it becomes clear to us that when we eat minerals from Himalayan salt [salty rock] those minerals can return through the rock to become a big rock again - then we can immediately understand that eating Himalayan salt is not something that will cause aging. Likewise with meat - if we discover that fallen flesh - can be reabsorbed in a cycle of life to become fallen flesh again, we will immediately understand that fallen flesh can also be eaten because there is no murder or death in it, and even it itself becomes anew. But right now, according to what we know, the only thing that has a cycle of renewal in nature and can also be eaten orally, are fruits and vegetables because they have solids that are able to break down to become fertilizer, and then when rain comes, they seep into the root and the root yields them to become fruit again. I'll just give a hint and say that *MABY it's possible that an almond tree knows how to receive fertilizer from the flesh of a FALLEN, and convert it into an almond, which * ITS FLUIDS can be reabsorbed into our bodies and pass into a *FALLEN / living being again, so it's a longer and indirect circle, but since this lump of flesh of the fall was never A living creature and will never be a living creature, and there are also animals that eat it without the need for cooking or heating, so those animals are builtING FOR IT, Therefore, they do not corrupt anything along the way, therefore it is very likely that such meat will not cause them to age if its solids are indeed returned to the tree that knows how to produce them to be anew. But the meat of an animal - even if you return its solids TO an almond tree, you are still cutting off the life of a living creature on the way - so it is clear that such meat will cause damage because there is a law of reciprocity in nature, whoever corrupts becomes corrupt. Even today it can be seen that all the organisms that corrupt, die at a certain stage a terminal death. While organisms such as ornamental trees that do not corrupt anything also do not become corrupt because nature has no interest in corrupting itself.*[ACSAPT PLACES THAT PEOPEL DESTROY TERE THE ORDER AND DESTROY THE NATURE OF THE WORLD CUTS BIG AMOUNT OF TREES AND THINKS LIKE THAT WICH MAKE CAUSE KLAIMATE] SO HALTY NATURE DONT WONT DESTROY HIMSELF Just like the sun, any substance that stood at degrees of heat like hers, it would evaporate in an instant and explode, and it still continues to exist, just like the stones and sand, that is to say, everyone who does not corrupt *AND HE IS HALTHY IN HIS MIND anything * LIKE THIS also becomes a part of *HELTHY nature, and *HELTHY nature does not corrupt himSELF. What do you think about the above things? *TRANSLATED WITH THE BIG HALP OF BING. 0:47 לדעתי מה שגורם להזדקנות - הוא כל דבר שגורם לביטול תהליך תקין של חידוש תאי הגוף.

Our basilne default position is a state of health. Not illness. Our pharmaceutical industry is generally geared up for the masking of symptoms of a condition we rarely address. Suppression of a biological function or warning is what most tablets or drugs do. We get a fever we instantly want to lower our temp with Paracetamol ..we get reflux...we take omeprazole...we get eczema we put steroid cream...and so on.. but have you got a faulty LES at base of oesphagus. Have you got a food allergy for your skin flare up..have you got an infection to explain your fever? Never ignore your symptoms your body is telling you something is seriously up. Amazing video...what a interesting guy. He seriously has got the bigger picture. Brilliant info.

On the whole I appreciated this info. The menopause bit seems off to me. And the bit about shedding all the awfulness every month. (Natural process which causes a lot of issues for many women). If you are in menopause you should be making less estrogen, so according to this idea, you should be less toxic. ? Also, your hormones are (I would think) checked and the attempt is to balance estrogen and progesterone. if you go on bio identical hormones. I wish he had been a bit more careful around this. I didn’t get the sense that he knew what he was talking about around this specific thing. Very broad strokes.🤷♀️
