I’m not justifying it but in the past many women have used this as a way to get $ from men I’ve always wondered why so many women settle for $ over actual jail time. This is a pattern for money hungry women so ofc ppl will be reluctant to just take a woman’s word bc of the pattern that women have set forth. *Sorry this is so long for other commenters but it deserves to be pointed out : Im not saying this AK is a saint, but this is a misleading tape. When you seperate the actual lawsuit from the commentary this is all actually very simple in nature. This woman came over his house with the understanding there was going to be sexual contact period. She may have not know that the two others were there, but shortly after finding out was ok with that. Thats why she was ok being in a pool with them skin exposed. The weird part of this is AK saying he never was around her awake, and her recollection of being drugged and boozed. It makes more sense that AK did partake in the sexual contact, and thats why she became upset, because she went along with the other two BECAUSE it was an extension of him. What doesnt make sense is how she vividly remembers what happened concerning the providing of substances, even down to making it clear she didnt want them. Yet she had to ask him what happened the next morning. Regardless. His DNA was found on her. She had a SA kit done. And while that does mean he did have intercourse with her, what that also opened the door to was credible evidence enough to garner a serach warrant for his video footage. Whatever they did with her was brutal enough it looked like she may have in fact been violated. But apparently what the video footage showed was she consented, either by initiating or by escalating the activity in a way, such as it was clear she first couldn't have been inebriated, nor forced or coerced into the activity. Whats interesting is the idea she needed to speak on the drugs and alcohol in the first place. Given the fact she clearly could recall saying no and "fighting" them off. Because she never pressed charges. Keep in mind this happened over a year prior. Whats also interesting is that she brought a lawsuit against media and LLC he's tied too. Why did you not name the other two perpetrators in the lawsuit as defendants? Youd have clearly known their names because you had a criminal investigation launched over the incident. The woman is mad because Ak lied about his participation, in which he showed video evidence that only showed them having relations with the woman. This is either because Ak had relations with her after they left, or because he just doesnt want to admit to the relations at all given that he doesnt have to produce video evidence in a civil case showing an entire incident, only evidence that absolves him of accusations. Regardless, i think he had relations with the woman. As for him telling her to get tested, the nature of the relations was probably pretty graphic and alternative from conventional. A mature person can understand what i mean. But if the police didnt press charges, its gonna be hard to prove AK violated her. Also she has to prove he had relations with her, to which their was never any substatial proof he may have other than his DNA on her. Which is murky idk how he gets around that, except admitting he had intercourse with her. He'll probably settle. But career ending im not sure about, because shes made bold accusations that just cannot be proven against him. And they all center around the fact that she swore mitigating factors played a role in nonconsensual activity, and she clearly consented to some activity. Even though she says she was never willing at any point. Also, why did you have to ask? With a wire, law enforcement was listening in on, again? This isn't an open shut case where AK is a predator, it is a sticky situation where he possibly did some weird stuff then lied to all his viewers about it. And thats honestly the biggest take from all of this.

Can you give consent while under the influence of alcohol? In the early stages of intoxication, you're starting to lose control, so if someone continues to feed you drinks, it's going to get bad. Think about people that have gotten a DUI. After a few drinks they are losing control, but don't really know it, and get in their car and drive. Think about the differences in people that you've seen go from sober to drunk, and ask yourself if they would have conducted themselves in the same manner before the alcohol. To be fair, all the things you said would make sense if there was no alcohol involved

@@diamondblack19 Thats a very good point but you also have to consider a few things. First of all, she stated she had no idea who these men were but chose to recieve alchohol from them at all. Second, she claimed instances of behavior such as her refusing alchohol and being force fed it against her will occured. Which obviously couldn't have happened because their were no criminal charges brought under that pretense nor any involving violation based on that pretense. Now in a civil suit, thats different. In a civil suit you can make a claim and if nobody shows evidence contrary your liable. But its the underlying understanding that she didnt know these men but continued to drink any amount around them in which the understanding is at some point there is a strong possibility activity can come from this, so why would you continue drinking in excess? Especially without the person your there too see present?
