You must know, it's not good to have tall buildings in the Philippines as, the country is within the earthquake fault. Just like in California, where the government prohibited building tall structures. The best area to build tall buildings is in Palawan, which is not affected of earthquakes. The Philippines is geologically separated to numerous provinces thereby you can't building structures in one area, which is like metro manila.
