I think you guys should give it one last chance over there. I mean I like woody's decision but Kleiny is not wrong as well. There is a saying. "Failure is a part of success". U guys have understood wts going wrong with LUC so try and correct the things out now. Upgrade ur brand, put some more catchy stuffs in there. Like maybe your famous words or some good simple designs etc. I mean it's your dream why to stop it there? Kleiny is right. Who know LUC can do great wonders in future🤷‍♀️. Give it a one last chance and put everything u got. Have faith, everything will come at par. JUST BELIEVE IN LUC❤but after all I know u guys will find a way together. Option eh 6? Reposition, go mass market and rebuild. Half the price of the stuff and get it out there and slowly build the quality and price back up to where you want it to be. £25 for a cap is not cheap for your average man on the street

I think you should keep it for at least 6 months or 1 year but make a redesign. People are willing to buy shirts and hoodies. But if you're not part ot the woody & kleiny community you won't know what "LUC" means. So, make other designs with quotes or simple words and try again. I wish you all the best. And even if you decide to stop/cancel, I will still be a fan of W&K. 💪🏾🔥

I really like what LUC stands for. And so many out there that are creators and influences, really love the power of manifestation. And they are very positive. Maybe you could try a few with LUC LET US CREATE So you have the meaning on the clothing as well. I know personally I love clothing that has been created this way and has a positive message to spead and why it was created. Maybe have a LUC day where you tell your story on LUC clothing. Really upsell it with your bubblie personalities, games, meet, and greets. idk I'm not a professional with anything like this. Just an idea as I found this video inspirational when I heard why LUC was created and how.

I know it's tricky when you have a business that's like a baby and you were so pumped to get it going. You've put a lot into to it and learnt so much along the way. Honestly, does LUC have a niche? What's the USP? I honestly, don't see one. Unless you can find something totally unique with it then it may be time to call it a day. Again I know it's a really difficult decision to make and a tough conversation to have. Are you guys putting more stress on yourselves keeping it going? Could you be putting your passion into other projects that are making money?

You should probably hire someone which is working in the fashion industry. You need to change the communication to sell your products, unfortunately the current one isn’t good. Have different skins colours and different sizes models. In that way customers will feel heard and represented ( if that’s make sense). Add an option to personalise the item… English is not my first language, hope you understand. Wish you luck 😊 Vous devriez embaucher une personne travaillant dans le domaine de la mode. Et pourquoi pas des stagiaires? Également retravailler la communication (malheureusement celle en place ne fonctionne pas).
