Who knows it could catch on but we do know it is atleast happening once next year at the Meadows! You should give feedback about what you think it would take to get folks to travel?

@@claylabusa I think for many of us, the time and cost associated with traveling across the country where many I suppose don't care to fly. Driving makes it out of reach for me time and money wise. I live in Utah where oddly we don't have a huge sporting clays presence, it's much better than it was 20 years ago but I don't feel we really have any clubs that could host such an event effectively. Size wise, Purgatory in Hurricane, Utah is probably the biggest and could probably pull off the multiple courses needed for such an event.

Traveling definitely makes it a struggle, and only those that have the desire to travel will do it for their own reasons. I typically hated Traveling but came to enjoy seeing new places, clubs, and meeting new people. More importantly it opened my eyes to how different it is to shoot in different regions around the states...still looking forward to overseas shoots, but that's a sacrifice at a whole new level. Probably akin to how some folks few about traveling across the US so it makes sense.
