@@carsamba0055 Not in ground RB for good reason. Helis are a prime example: cheap enough to spawn in at the start of the mission, but not with ATGMs... So you spawn in with rockets, get some hits on some light something to get a few more SP, then go back and 'buy' the ammo upgrade. It kinda breaks the SP mechanism and limitations in there. SP changes in loadout costs for the planes aren't quite as extreme, since you can't spawn them straight in, but it still breaks the 'gate' mechanism that SPs provide. It'd change the game *way* more significantly than you might think, and not in a good way, IMO... and I say this as someone who spends a *lot* of time flying CAS in ground RB.

Since we are getting graphical updates with almost every patch, can we see an update that makes rain, and overcast weather look better? Lightning effects that flash and light up areas of the map for split seconds, clouds so thick and grey that planes without a radar would have a hard time finding the enemy, etc.

to be fair continuing to fly after hydraulic fluid loss and taking shots to the fuel tank is pretty valuable so those who say the a-10 is unkillable aren't really wrong it only needs that 1 second to hit you with a wave of depleted uranium armor piercing rounds

The same gun is named "GAU-8 Avenger" and the A-10's nickname is "the A-10 Warthog" and in reality. The A-10 is actually a close air support. Plus the A-10 also carry cluster bombs. The actually Rate of Fire of the A-10 is 3900 rpm. The AC-130 is also a CAS aircraft. But on steroids
