Dude there are holes in the Weld, probably result from not enough Gas or if you hold the Welder to war away from the Work, grind out the material arround the holes till you cant see any more. The Weld doesnt hold anything near that holes.

I myself will never run a 110 welder on any chassis or critical parts . 220 is my go to . As far as tug welding over it you still have perosity an undercut on the welds eventually they will crack take your time an do it right the first time won’t have any issues

That light that is flickering, looks like a loose wire nut in the housing. Easy fix, but check it out with the power off might be 277 volts ac and not 120 vac up there. Good luck.

+1 For more video uploads. IMO, while it's awesome to try and get good quality videos, a major driver to the channel is witnessing the transformation. The channel has definitely changed a lot over the last year, but the one theme has always remained true, and that it is still one of the most "technical" channels out there, while still not being overly serious. Keep it up.
