Modern Trulkus want to start preaching wihtout even one year of retreat. One who have not subdued his own anger, jealousy, desire, ignorance etc are not qualified to teach or lead the holy Sanga. Please dont be so audicious, walk the walk and talk the talk.

You realize his monastic training and education is equivalent to a business degree? It’s entirely about who held the power at that time Tibet. Upon exodus from Tibet, their teachings became a source of revenue and political utility. Also notably left out any mention of his sexually abuse of women.
