For me, The Shroud is one of the most difficult. For the boss more than anything and the music is very important, I always go to The Shroud just for the music, it's what I can almost consider as "Why do I listen to boss music?" or that each fight is going to be totally epic and intense. 4:24 - 5:04 5:21 - 6:05 7:45 - 8:14 These 3 timestaps are always an auditory orgasm. And it gets even better when it's in the darkness/torchless version. Everything gets more intense, you know that now everything is more serious and that SHIT GOING REAL. I will never regret what I am going to say. Getting to know Darkest Dungeon 1 was the most fucking experience, the most difficult, stressful, and mentally painful. But it made me learn a lot about the Ancestor's dialogues. "Overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer" is something that I will never forget and I apply it even in games that are not even Darkest Dungeon style. And I think also in my life. The times I had a horrible time was the Darkest Dungeon (Location) where I lost I think Reynauld and Plague Doctor. And I never wanted to go there again until after 300 weeks (in the game). And I think the one that suffered the most was Crimson Court. Getting those fucking invitations to be able to enter and try to kill the boss or return to where you left off (since at least the developers were generous in that we didn't have to do everything from the beginning, we already had enough with the Fanatic and the Crimson Curse ) Since i bought Darkest Dungeon. And buy the Reynauld DLC, do the missions to unlock Reynauld WITH DISMAS. The whole game and that DLC mission was a caress to my soul. I almost melted because the whole holy run, Me and Dismas were beyond excited to see Reynauld again. I am not going to lie. I played this song when I fought the boss. I was always a person who played a lot of Shooters/FPS and I never thought I would end up liking this type of game. The hours I spent playing were the best of my life. It could be a difficult, stressful game, and sometimes the RNG is what can screw up a run. By playing you learn. By watching you learn. By asking you learn and clarify doubts. Every mistake and failure is learning and a teacher to teach us where we were wrong. And yes... It's not for everyone if you don't have the patience. Outstanding, Excellent, Master Piece game that deserves more recognition like Stuart Chatwood. Which makes the best soundtrack in the game.

God _damn,_ I love Stuart Chatwood's compositions so much... Once we get the catacombs theme, I'm sure it'll go so hard.

Honestly the best part of the entire OST, it evokes such a heroic "last stand" feeling
