Dana literally created the current UFC. This investment in UFC by the furtito bro's was a Hail Mary throw to Dana.dana is why UFC exists and thrives. If Ultimate Fighter season 1 didn't blow the roof (Bonner and Griffin) off, Dana would be living in his car as EVERY penny was invested; people don't think of the "do or die" circumstances that Dana had on his plate. But he is a great owner, and he is the GOAT of GOATS as he treats everyone with respect -but you(fighters) must treat this job without excuses. You must treat your employees like they matter, etc. I would love to be Dana's personal 😊assistant as I like the way he carries himself etc. He is a great CEO, boss of all bosses et. Dana doesn't deserve the trash talk about fighter pay as I know it's a complicated issue. But I do feel that after a certain degree of success ( not just wins and losses but great battles,), including PPV sales, attitude, doing the media rounds with a genuine smile, and conducting oneself with integrity, being available to the fans(and media). I disagree. He has words for fighters that try to overstep their rank. These words are genuine & to say this to Rodriguez is keeping the fighters head straight after a tough loss. For his fighters he has true respect for their abilities. The Ultimate Fighter show is the fighters on the UFC fringe. I hear his conversations ringside during the matches & he can tell who is who pretty quickly. The real thing is he wants more fighters that push the envelope. Not wrestlers that spend 99% of their matches on the mats - that win by decision on judges scorecards.
