It's given the same share of the national government as it is with other counties...it has so low population....in reality it was supposed to be the most developed... Everything developmental lies with the local leadership.... I guess this should be your talking point...leadership. All in all...things are changing now. I can confidently say there is light at the end of the tunnel..... Give this region 10 yrs and come check your comments...you will be surprised bro...
