Agents of The Corporation have maintained a discreet undercover presence for years, attempting to neutralize the area’s leaders from within. Wow, this is perfect ambience to contribute to what I'm currently working on in my fic! The main lead character is in dire jeopardy of gradually losing his life thanks to a sinister substance one of his enemies is gonna inject him with while he's in jail for a crime he never committed... His girlfriend, almost as smart as he is, has to find a way to create something that'll counteract the effects of the sinister compound that's injected into him before it's too late... Sounds intense, huh? 🤫😳😨 Thoughts? 😃

Your music is great. Perfect amount of rising and falling tension, very well mixed, sick bass line, unique percussive elements. One of the stab synths reminds me of early deadmau5. I definitely think you're underrated, well done mate. Not to mention our initials are both FS, thats pretty cool!

Amazing work! I'm really enjoying studying the production on this. Quick question: do you use any analog synths for stuff like this? What VST's do you like for this type of stuff, and specifically what instrument is the pluck/lead doing the little interjections at 15:06? Thank you so much! :)

Thank you! I actually don't use any hardware analog synths. I think they're awesome and I'd love to have a collection, it's just that the price and process aren't convenient for most composers. These days my 2 favourite synth VST companies are Synapse Audio and U-HE. From Synapse I like Dune and Obsession (Dune is my favourite right now) and from U-HE I like Diva and Ace. Other VSTs are from companies like Spitfire Audio and Native Instruments like Massive X, Battery (for drum/percussion) and Heavyocity for really cinematic stuff. At 15:06 that's a legato bass synth, the main things being distorting it quite a bit and then low pass filtering it so you darken it up, get rid of the high fizzle from the distortion and keep all the mid range crunch. Then just playing with the ADSR to get the right feel for the part. I hope that all helps!
