Mod is called the silence but idk if it has been completely released to the public so you might not be able to play it. Also the mod I only in Beta so it still has a lot of work to do so if you do find it don’t add it to your world since it could ruin it (sorry for typing in a paragraph lmao)

Playing Spook Minecraft for a while with all those dwellers and other mod creatures, of all mods that last a lingering impact it was Beware the Rain. When starting to play another mod pack (Prominence 2, RPG mod pack), anytime it rained me and who I played with would just be like “Rain PTSD Rain PTSD!” because of how much whenever it rained suddenly beings like Vapor (the red demon one in Beware the Rain) would appear.

There's 3 mobs in the mod all of them do different things. The one that constantly laughs is the most docile one the one that stays silent and doesn't move is more aggressive and the one in the intro kills anything and everything that moves and makes noise.
