I understand english no problem.. but i still enjoy subtitles.. i pay for a title i already own on dvd. And vhs.. for convenience sake, and there is no subtitles. These kinds of problems are typical when buying films online. Unfortunately there is no way to refund or remove from collection.. that is my real issue. It takes the quality down significantly. And other streaming services will in the long run gain bonus points because they have their stuff under control.
