Thanks to the group of academic researchers who took the initiative of gathering historical facts by making this expeditious journey, which made viewers like me easy to learn the significance of Silk road. There is an ongoing discussion of reconnecting silk road from China to Bangladesh. During Ottoman emperor trades were carried out from China to Istanbul/Anatolia. Hopefully with the latest technology of train people from these regions will be able to travel conveniently.

thanks for posting this great series, but this episode is kinda funny. They're riding dromedary camels through the tien shan mnts. one would think bactrian camels or horses would be better suited for the terrain
