I am in absolute awe and utterly speechless. And I think Catherine Brown's commented depicted this journal and video in the best way. I absolutely got lost in your words and this journal and gave me about 45 minutes to be somewhere else in my mind. I really hope that makes sense, lol, because I don't feel as though I am describing it in the best way. You gave me a break from my reality. There are no words to describe how absolutely beautiful your works of art are and the amount of detail and dedication you put into them are incredibly inspiring. Your journey is as exquisite to witness as your crafts. Gosh, I don't know where to begin- your taste is always dead on with my own and this addition is no different - from the Masterful use of colors to the picking out of incredible materials to embracing less contraptions and more page staining - love love love love!!! Okay so I cracked up about if your family doesn't think you are mad enough yet- now you are bathing your papers 😂 Indeed, so we stain with beverages - bake paper- distress paper- iron paper and why not- lets bathe it! Not sure if this would help btw- but was watching a lady do some enhanced sun prints where she tea stains as a final process on here and she uses a bath of lemon water to stabilize the ph- not sure but might help in your final wash (she said it stopped the process of staining but was just thinking of added benefit) But speaking of odors- that book must smell of beautiful chai! So much like you, I am always dipping into another craft here and there to get my hands just wet and adore your little touches of hand needlework, story writing, illustrations, etc I cannot wait to see more Oh and the silks- I cannot wait to go to this lady's Etsy Shop now, textile art is my ultimate thrill lately

Sitting in Prague near the Astrological Clock on the Silk Road and watching this......exquisite. A glimpse into a Bohemian Rhapsody of colour, texture and scent. It evokes another world, another time and place. To be able to transcend the mundane into such a place is the work of genius . A powerhouse of artistic inspiration which is also historically accurate.

My goodness, you are so talented! Your sketches are so stunning. I would love to read your children's book! I totally get what you said about being disheartened when publishers turned it down... but JK Rowling had Harry Potter turned down over and over again. Behind-the-desk publishing employees aren't creative, they just try to guess how much money will be made selling the work of those who are, and they can often be wrong. I've self published colouring books in the past, and it wasn't bad- with your amazing talent for junk journal making, you could do some really incredible kind of limited edition DIY of the book from home or something, and I'm sure those copies would be treasured far more than anything mass produced.
