You really did justice to this tragic tale! My poor Maedhros 😢 And Fingon's end is so poignantly described: "And his banner, blue and silver, they trampled into the mire of his blood"😭 The imagery is wonderful!

Wow! That was really, really good! I especially like how Glaurung had no wings, true to the lore, yet still looked very menacing! I like the short dialogues you insert, make it feel even more alive. I had hoped that Hurin could shout his cry in Elvish as in the book, but I guess it was not possible as AI does not speak Quenya or Sindarin? Overall, great job!! I really appreciate your work!

It's amazing how much improvement there is with each new video, and to see you push through the software's limits! I know AI programs don't like to animate fight scenes, so seeing you pull off even a few contact hits is quite impressive.

Amazing! Awesome! Great work!! ...but for the records, and to amend small mistakes... "Last of all, Húrin stood alone. Then he cast aside his shield, and wielded an axe two-handed; and it is sung that the axe smoked in the black blood of the TROLL-guard of Gothmog until it withered, and each time that he slew, Húrin cried: "Aurë entuluva! Day shall come again!" SEVENTY times he uttered that cry; but they took him at last alive, by the command of Morgoth, for the Orcs grappled him with their hands, which clung to him still though he hewed off their arms; and ever their number were renewed, until at last he fell buried beneath them." 70 trolls and countless orcs. The greatest human warrior, ever... followed closely by his son.

Amazing work and some lovely imagery from the Silmarillion brought to life. I love watching your work. Even though I am not a fan of plate armour in Middle Earth because Tolkien writes that they wore mail coats, it still looks good. The biggest issue that stands out for me appears to be the AI generated voiceover. For e.g. Tour says “white wolves” when he means the white walls of Gondolin. His brother Hurin didn’t just fight goblins, he uttered his cry 70 times against Gothmog’s trolls, not just 7 times.
@TheCottageofLostPlay8 күн бұрын
thanks soo much!Yes, there are limitations because with these technologies you can’t do everything you want or in the way you want, such as pronunciations, images, movements, etc. If I had the budget they spent on the series...

Awesome. Thank you! I have often wondered about the bravery and strength of the eldar and the edain in the eldar days. Like Fingon dwelling with gothmog or even his dad Fingolfin going against the morgoth. So many examples of elves like Glorfindel, Ecthelion Felagund of Finarfin against Sauron. I think around the age of lord of the rings, their power and strength might have waned a bit. Which makes sense as there was “peace” for quite a long time before Sauron started forging rings and binding fates.

There are now 3 successful Silmarillion anthology channels on KZbin, and I'm collecting a playlist here kzbin.info/aero/PLsvNTMFg-b8HL5CBiJV3prYX1Lvt7G1P1&si=HW_u1uthFISFo2hc Now appears to be a golden awakening time when we're learning the AIs' potentialities, but the judgement of human creators is yet superb. The Silmarillion adaptions constitute a historic milestone, and godspeed your splendid work.

From my viewpoint, the „epic trailer battle music“ doesn’t fit so well. It’s too modern, too vulgar, too overwhelming. The Silmarillion needs something more sophisticated and beautiful. Apart from that, it’s really great!
