Having fished multiple s in different sizes and colors, kzbin.infoUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 this is by far my favorite. One thing to be aware of is the sided willow blade. One side is silver and the other is the green/orange shown. This is not bad, just unconventional. In terms of fishing, I have found the lure works just fine without a tail like a craw or shad. That addition is up to you. Also, the hook part where you attach the swivel snap or tie the line is a problem on baits these days, since it's able to slide up and down. However this lure seems to be tight enough that that doesn't happen often, and you can solve it by putting a thin slice of medical tube over the hook before attaching the line. Like others have said, it's really magic on a good windy day.

In South Dakota we have lakes that over the last 40 years have grown in size and have overtaken roads and fields… fishing at Lake Thompson near DeSmet SD.( Laura Ingalls Wilder wrote many little House books about the area.) Anyway, trolling for walleye a while back I had what I thought was a huge hit. It was wobbling in the water…. Chasing side to side…. Then I got it up. Was a straight six foot section of barbed wire that I hooked dead in the middle and it wobbled in the water back and forth like a fish. Yep, a barbed wire stick fish. You asked for stories… that’s mine.
@BamaSaltwater2 жыл бұрын
Haha! That is pretty crazy. I'm sure it was fun until you saw what it was. My buddy ended up in the ER on Ft Hood, TX after getting his calf opened up on some C-Wire for about 12 hrs lol. Kind of ironic that was in the middle of the lake. Thanks for sharing
I like that little lure you are using. It’s almost like a Ned rig….
@BamaSaltwater2 жыл бұрын
Extremely similar to a ned rig, just beefed up some! I used to use a "Ned Rig" before it officially became one by slicing a Senko in half and putting it on a Shakey Head, worked great for those clearwater, Central Texas lakes!
