The simplest way to upload a .hex file to Arduino without the IDE

Thanks friend it helped a lot. i made the mistake of buying a Leonardo Board without the unlocked bootloader and was having issues using Xloader. Thanks to you help i could upload the hex file without a hitch.

Oops. Turns out I was just being plain dumb. The boot loader activates by double pressing the reset button.
