What is the best sourdough oven? While it really depends on your baking and your goals I was lucky enough to check out the Simply Bread Oven while visiting LA earlier this year. Simply Bread Oven creator Stijn Vanorbeek gives us an overview of the oven, a sneak peek at some of its key features and shares why he created the oven.

What’s the temperature range? Can it be used for muffins, cookies, biscuits, lower heat items ?

I think 175°F is the lowest setting. Yes for sure you can use it for all of those things. We've baked cookies, pop tarts, knots, muffins, biscuits, and a few other things in it.
