This is a deleted scene from The Simpsons, Season 7, Episode 20: Bart on the Road.
This is by far one of my favorite deleted scenes of the whole series.

I don't remember it either. It might have been cut in syndication - a lot of the episodes were shortened by 1-2 minutes to make room for more commercials after the first airing

Its been pretty surprising to me to discover how many scenes were cut from the American broadcast of the show. Practically none of them were cut in my country.

When people talk about things being "cut" from the show, they are nearly always talking about reruns aired in syndication. These cuts were made to lower runtime so more commercials could fit and have nothing to do with content.

Yeah a lot of time when a show goes into reruns they cut but to add more commercials. I remember when I first started buying the DVDs there would be bits I had forgotten all about cause I hadn’t seen them since the episode first aired.
