James Cooper Hey Thank you, for the limit once we get to 13000 we can not build anymore, I only removed the fence on my squidport, like this i can build more on my town.

Hey QuickPlay TV thank you, For the highway on the water its was a mod that allow me to do it, but the mod is not longer avialable now. ( Right now if i put it in my inventary i can't do it anymore, so now i will never touch it ;) ).
