The Sims 1 is without a doubt the most difficult game in the series, but how hard is it really?
I tried to keep a sim family alive with no money, too many kids and the worst furniture available. After this playthrough, it's safe to say it was very hard!

Ryan I finally got a laptop yesterday and I downloaded this from the cursed old games download 😂 I am so happy to be playing it again after all these years, thank you for putting it back on my radar. Don’t think I will be using it to punish myself as much as you 😅

I never played the sims 1 growing up (I started with sims 2), and seeing this I'm glad, it would definitely have led to a mental breakdown on my part!😅

When I first started playing the Sims 3 back in the day I only wanted to be a stay at home mom in the game. Then I became a stay at home mom in real life and never had that aspiration in the Sims ever again 😂

As a kid I had all of one baby that wasn't taken by the social worker. 😂 It's a tough game, but that's also one of the things it has going for it. The other games are too easy, but TS1 still has new stuff to learn and discover.

I really excelled at Sims 1 but never got to play the others. I dont know why but sims 1's graphics was just more realistic and attractive to me. So I guess I would do really well with Sims 2 as it seems to be everyone's favourite?

I remember making a family with just 2 kids. It was hell, mostly bc I didn't know they had homework in their inventory, so I didn't understand why their grades were plummeting despite having their mood be as good as it gets in Sims 1.
