That's a nice way to think about the Burb family. What's interesting about John is that a lot of women drool over him (especially when you do an uberhood). So it's a good thing that he's such a nice, loyal guy or he'd be pursuing them.

My version of the Burbs is very much like yours when I started to play. Though I put Jennifer in the dancing career and John as a teacher. I also got them a golden retriever, who I call Tinker (as a reference to Johnny's old dog from Unleashed named Tucker). Lucy is just the sweet little princess in that she lives in a good house but she gets a lot of humbleness from her dad and works hard like her mum, and she's a dog lover. Tinker is basically her dog. Tinker is also in the Service career because she's an extremely loyal dog. And, being my little shippy self, yes, I do pair up Lucy and Alexander, but I agree on them discovering the truth on Bella's disappearance and Dina being found out

This was the first family in the Sims that I ever played. Die all died because I didn’t know what to do, especially as a 8/9 year old. This family has a special place in my heart because of this. Fantastic that you maked this video about them!

wonderful job as always :) i'm decorating this house as a set in my upcoming episode so i knew i had to come check this out!! i love an open floor plan but that combined with the weird shape of the build really stumped me at first, i actually also ended up walling off the kitchen lol. you did such a nice job filling the space and making it look like a real home, it's something i always struggle with bc i love open, light space but the lack of structure can be a challenge - you pulled it off beautifully! i especially enjoyed your read on lucy and alex, you and i are so clearly on the same page about their friendship, i also love the idea of them being best friends and lucy's mischievousness complementing alexander's personality 😇 can't wait to watch more of these!!

Aweee, that means so much dude! I'm glad tha tyou liked it, this house gave me a particular hard time because my game kept crashing when working on it so I had a couple different layouts that I tried and this was the one that I thought worked best aha. I'm so excited to see what this house is used for/what you do with it!! I'm sure it's going to be perfect for the episode!! :D And yess, I've always seen them as just bestfriends of sorts and Alex is either gay or Asexual. I love the twist you did with Lucy, I never thought of that myself and the way you portray Alex is awesome ahaha. I download my CC from a lot of different places, Mod The Sims, various tumblr websites, I also use Pinterest a lot. If I'm looking for something particular I google something and put "Sims 2 CC" at the end of it. I'm not sure what you're asking about in the last question.. I have my in game settings set to the biggest screen size in the graphics tab and my PC is also updated. Not sure if that's what you meant..

It's so nostalgic watching your videos, and you have a very nice voice to listen to 😭😭😭 It's also funny because I always moved them into this house too LOL I loved hearing your headcanons about the characters and the stories that happen to them, because it's really similar to what I imagine them as!! THIS is why the Sims 2 will always be the best game, because it has the most heart and focus on stories!! Sims 4 is just too boring because it gives you nothing to go on story wise, in gameplay or the history/personality of the Sims. Also, YES at asexual representation with Alexander!!! I imagine him as that too and as an asexual person it makes me so happy :))))) Also I LOVE the friendship between him and Lucy!!! Now I want to play again, especially with the Christmas season coming up and how strongly I associate Christmas with Sims 2 😭😭😭 I love what you did with the house too!!!

Awe, thank you so much!! I'm so glad you like this and enjoy the story I have for this family. I love the game so much and I agree with you about TS4 where it doesn't have nearly as much depth as the Sims 2 does with its gameplay. I don't mind TS4 when it comes to playing my own families, but I always need tons of mods to make it interesting and I find playing TS2 you don't absolutely need mods, the game is still playable without any mods. And yayyy! I have an asexual friend and it's not very represented at all so I always try to make atleast one asexual person, I picture Alex getting abducted by aliens and caring for an alien baby and maybe living with his sister or something like that or living in his parents house and stuff and perhaps adopting another child etc. Awe, I hope you do play! I'm not at home until after Christmas so I haven't been playing and I'm already having withdrawals ahaha.

Are you living in America? You're are talking about not having friends in your current location. If you're in America you should try meet up. Meet up is pretty much all over America. The focus is meeting locals with like hobbies. You can probably Google meet up with your zip code.
