Love this LP keep it coming. As Brooklyn money increases I think you should start fixing your and cleaning up the apartment and throw old things away. And when she makes a certain amount of money she can pay for a plumber to fix the pip mold problem so you can take that trait off the lot. As she grows her apartment should grow and improve too.
