I am deeply in love with the entirety that is this house. You should become an engineer. This is the type of house that people would pay good money to have you just design it and not give a shit that they have other contractors and expenses they'll have to cover as well in order to build their dream house. I know I'd drop a bank account on this structure for sure and not even think twice. SO worth it. Simply gorgeous work, sir.

I like these kinds of builds. They remind me a lot of the Into the Future pack in S3. They make such great homes for alien sims.

I am absolutely terrible with exteriors, and only average with interiors, I wish I was this great. The only things I wish was different with this house would be, it being in my price range, and it being a real house, IN REAL LIFE! I would just adore living in this house in real life because IT IS AMAZING! XD Great work, and I'll be sure to download it in the game, KEEP IT UP! XD

You can go to options (Gear at the lower right corner) go to speed (Normal will be selected) and change it to 0.25

This is an amazing house. However, the repeated song was intolerable and I had to slow the video myself to 0.25 to be able to watch the furnishing. Glad I did though, it's fantastic.

such a good build! love it. but one thing, i think you should split the video into two parts, part 1 where you build the house and part 2 where you furnish it, this way the video isn't too long and you can make the furnishing part slower so it's easier to see what you're doing. hope this helps

Amazing, and well done. My lot Gold Springs took me 8 hours to build. What screen recorder do you use ? I have done a few builds now, I'm still my own designs biggest critic though. i.e. I feel I could do so much better. I found out how to put a fountain in the foyer/hallway/entrance area. The intricate designs are what takes the most time I feel, like your paints and adding shrubs and trees just to get it sitting right :) xx
