I’ve been eating ketogenic and it has been working wonders especially with a workout routine hoping to build up my muscles. Nowadays, I wouldn’t be caught dead in a McDonald’s unless I’m getting a water!

One of the biggest dietary scams in America was the low fat craze. Beginning sometime in the late 1970s/early 1980s and it finally ended and was debunked for the fraud that it was in the late 2000s to now and from now on. When you take the fat out of something, it tastes like cardboard, so guess what the packaged food crooks added to compensate for flavor loss: SUGAR!!! LOTS OF IT!!! Everybody was snacking on fat free/low fat cookies, frozen meals, granola bars, candy and so on and obesity skyrocketed!

I'm pescetarian (vegetarian but with fish). I understand that God gave us animals to eat BUT it's the WAY we treat them that really makes me sad. :( If we treated them with respect and killed them humanely, I would have no problem eating animals, but humans don't treat them with respect at all because the ways they kill them are "cheaper." Again, money is the root of all evil. I just can't eat beef and chicken and others knowing how they were treated during their lifetime. :(

Thank you so much for a biblical and natural insight into better health. I am extremely overweight and very concerned about my health. I know it is a spirit of gluttony. However I was shocked to hear that the gluttony comes from rebellion! Ouch!

I'm a vegan because other foods give me digestion problems, especially dairy. Also, not everyone has access to a farm the way you do. I live in a city, I'm several miles away from any farms

Hey Bryan, I do the Ketogenic diet where you eat lots of protein, good fats, and fiber and carbs are severely limited to none whatsoever; with the occasional splurge.

I was bottle fed on formula because I had a gastric problem where I would throw up a lot as a baby and I couldn’t be breastfed, so I was given soybean formula. Pray for me. 😔

excellent info Brian, thank you, confirmed many things I've been learning. Just read a book on Iodine why you need it and can't live without it by Dr. David Brownstein..it was excellent. About the thyroid and how iodine can cleanse your body of bromine, fluoride, and other toxic things that we get in our diets. Also how iodine helps the thyroid function better. Thanks for your message, I had no idea about the sawdust in food, that is so gross. Good info. Thanks!

Great sermon and I definitely agree with you on everything. The only problem is the cost of raw foods, or organic. It's almost impossible to buy anything healthy and still make it financially in today's world. Is there a way around this issue?

Genesis 1:29 New International Version (NIV) Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. Our bodies were created to eat plants. That’s the most ideal foods for us. It wasn’t until after sin came and after the flood that God allowed us to eat meat! Also a vegetarian diet is not bad. Read the book of Daniel. That’s the Daniel fast.
