My childhood, but I had the clone made in my country, the Timex Computer 2048. It was slightly better than the Sinclair.

So Retro Bear said you were worth checking out 🤔 OK, he was correct 😉 A couple of nice solutions for playing original Hardware and Software on the mighty Speccy, but I lived the pain of tape loading from '82 and have sworn by emulation since '99 (God bless Fuse). Did I hear you say you hadn't played Manic Miner before! That's almost Blasphemous 😂

I know! I've been aware of manic miner and JSW since they were released but I had a BBC micro back then so was distracted by Acornsoft's arcade games. Nice name BTW. You're not a fan of Generation Iron by any chance? Cheers!

I think the developer had a lot of fun animating all those graphics.

@@pixel_fandangothank you 😊. I’m sure I will. The 48k was my first computer when I was single digits in age; this video brought a lot of nostalgia whilst also guiding on some of the tech that helps bring it to the modern age. Exceptional presentation and production 👏. Horace goes skiing was once of the very first games i enjoyed 😄; love the look of hungry Horace which some how I’ve never played. Have a good one. 😊
