I start out setting goals, then breaking them down into smaller quarterly, monthly, or weekly goals and daily habits. Looking ahead and planning is easy - it's the sticking with it that gets hard sometimes! The other key is - when you get off track - get back on.

What's so sad it this information is so POWERFUL. If every man who watched this video applied it, it would change the world. Self Accountability is the best friend of Self Discipline. The reason so many men today struggle with discipline in general is because they (and I) hate someone looking over their shoulder. If we can get to the point where we embrace the accountability, and pursue it ourselves...a natural weakness can become a supernatural strength. I've been watching for a week, and you made me a huge fan. Thanks for sacrificing your time to invest in us men.

Hi, I'm a recent 'recruit' to Your channel. I am very into Red pilled knowledge/wisdom, financial planning, bushcraft, and God. Small actions, once a day, in weekly goals over a quarter (3 months truly helps! The journey is battle and the fun! This is all valuable info for Guys of any age -- it's never to late to start guys!

One of my goals for this year is to become more self disciplined. I just ordered TWBP literally a minute ago and very much look forward to it's arrival in a few days. I'm also looking forward to your next book, as I already have the first. It's time to document and gauge the progress so that I can hold myself accountable.

Quarterly goals are manageable with mile stones and the celebration of attained steps. Variables change for many reasons, and can be better responded to within shorter term goals. This was a good reminder and very relevant to my life and recovery right now. Thanks.

That why he spent the entire video explaining what the planner goes through. Make your own if that works. The point is setting yourself up for success. That is all.
