He was no accomplished musician which seemed to suit him. His love of Abba, Sweet and the Glitter Band which gave simple yet euphoric music to the masses mixed with the grandiose Steinman elements, which Eldritch liked from his work with Bonnie Tyler, turned the old Goth crowd against him. He wrote most of the lyrics while still fucked up on speed while a member of the original Sisters. I started out to just agree with your post but got carried away. Sorry. 🙂

Never before, after or ever again could the stars align to create such a perfect menagerie. Those days for me, were filled with optimism, love, angst, trepidation and an unwavering look to the future, everything else in between was....driving way to fast with a license at 14, going to party's my parents didn't know about, dancing dancing dancing and experimenting with everything and everyone I could get my hands on. All the while still focused on honor roll, sports and civic leadership....try that all together you generation ????ERS! Haha what a blast it was and what a time I've had as an adult so far...if you can call me that. A very funny and talented lady. She said she spent 3 day and evenings in a cold and wet studio filming This Corrosion, " I finally came out of that cold and wet studio to a wet and cold London evening. " To make mattes worse, she continued, ' I was hungry said Morrison and in London in the Mid-Eighties there was no food take away places open or restaurants open after 10 pm. !' She then went home to a cold apartment with no food and only a cup of tea. She laughed and said 'real goth glamour.'
