I love the part about the stickers ♥ it makes her so relatable and sympathetic. Also hearing her talk about buying cheap sketchbooks because she doesn't want to ruin the expensive paper... Girl look at ur awesome sketches....

This is true of hand-drawn animation too. The pencil tests (of the best animators at least) are always better than the final product. :)

I've enjoyed her art for a while now, but now I'm a fan of her. Her saying she gets the cheap sketchbooks because then you don't have the pressure to draw something perfect is...perfect! It's how I've always looked at sketching and art in general.

I keep trying to work in a sketchbook, both hardbound and spiral and I just can’t do it. So now I’ve taken to drawing in cheap Mead 6x9 Plain Writing Tablet.
@TonyWhiteAnimation4 жыл бұрын
She is a wonderful artist but the quick cutting editing is sooooo irritating in this film. The fascination is in what she's doing, and reflecting on what she's saying - not in the number of shots that the director can cram into 1 minute! A big lost opportunity! :(
@Angie_P4 жыл бұрын
It's one of the reasons I stopped watching all the way through. This is not a show reel for camera skills. The person and their story should come first. When your editing and camera work are so conspicuous and noticeable it takes away from the story.

Cut the background lady out. Lower the mic sensitivity, if she has one take it away. We DONT CARE for her giggles, adds nothing to the series/video. I care about the artist, she's annoyingly distracting
@jonas4xa434 жыл бұрын
I personally don't mind it. If anything it adds more character to the video, and makes the guests more comfortable in a more "casual" friendly setting. It's not like she's interrupting the guests or anything lol. Imagine how awkward it would feel for the artists if they had to sit in complete silence and talk without some sort of feedback, as insignificant as a giggle.
