We are back on the engine dyno with Frank from Dandy Engines, this time to preview our prototype TVS2650 Supercharger for old school cool Big Block Chev!
The timing for this project aligned when Al at ‪@theskidfactory‬ wanted a a modern, intercooled TVS Supercharger for their 454ci Big Block Chev project! We got to work developing a prototype TVS2650 Supercharger system and scheduled some dyno time for testing, but not everything goes to plan...

Frank's the man the fastest real street car in the world you went to write place for your engine. Build and Harrop are the shit too Skid factory Al and Woody this combo is what was needed with injection and blower 85 pump gas and 940 real hp on tap in street car sick simple combo of new and old well done all involved with these new blowers and injection you can't go wrong

I bought a set of L21 valve covers for my 502 to use LS coils on. In addition I got a Chevy Performance front timing cover that has 58x crank and 4x cam sensors so I can use sequential multiport injection.

Ok you guys have done it. Now get that unit on a proper big block meant for boost so we can see what it does! Will any 2650 head unit work with the bigblock adapter/intercooler? Really cool footage btw cant say ive ever seen a cam shaft snap on video... maybe put that in the title for maximum clicks!

Just watched the video, if you look at the last pull at the spring loaded tensioner, how badly it jumped , I know the tensioner has more travel, but it's not what you want . If that was my engine, that thing would be deleted or changed with something that had more hold . That blower would be nice on a big dinosaur hemi ❗

Do Harrop offer a replacement for Mercedes 2004 e55 amg w211 m113k supercharger. As Whipple and wiestec in the States of replacement but after watching your channel you seem to push boundaries more and the quality is unreal.

There is no wonder why the guys from Proline in America chose someone to partner with to repair their engines in Australia, they chose Frank & his Uncle @ Dandy Engines! 99% of engine shops would have said, nice try boys! Now haul that pile of shit home & see if you could fix it! Not Frank, even tho he didn't build it & he is always backlogged, He just tore into it, found all the issues, then found usable parts & probably having all his guys stay late, to not only repair the engine, to go through the whole thing, & make everything correct! Good shops & guys like that, are few & far between! The Harrop guys have their game together with that little blower setup! It worked very well on such a large engine! Well large considering that blower was designed for a engine 90cubes smaller! Most people don't know that you should never install a camshaft that had been dropped! Although, you never know what happened during shipping! Especially with a stock style cast camshaft! Because once dropped, even if it's in the box, its already fractured, & you won't know it until you start doing dyno pulls! Let's just say, the Skid factory guys got extremely lucky!
