While getting a gender reassignment surgery against your will is a pretty terrifying fate, it is a rather fitting form of punishment for rapists who prey on women. Thank you for covering this movie Spooky!!! I saw it years ago and shocked me the lengths a father goes to punish his daughter's rapist (I think she also had a mental developmental problem), but ends up becoming a monster so he dies like one, but the rapist needs to carry on with the guilt of what he did for his whole life, in a physical form. What shocked me was how he lived the abuse as a woman, and how men did awful remarks to his female self in a similar way he did to Norma. I really liked this movie because the controversy and "horror" Go beyond jump scares and gore and it's embedded in the plot, and the script (overall) actually makes sense to allow that horror. Wonderful job Spooky!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
