That sounds like a game type honestly, 4 people total, 1 has a parachute and is steadily gliding down, 3 people in planes that are attempting to catch him, if the parachute person hits the ground or dies mid air then everyone loses. Actually a bonus idea for this: Have someone control a guided missile and their objective is to take out the person in with the parachute.
