In the console, using quotes around a word or phrase lets you include spaces. Instead of cloak or flame, you could have searched "flame cloak".

I absolutely cannot get enough random xyz + random dungeon. It makes my simple monkey brain sizzle. I love the idea of that randomizer for all dungeons, with the periodic tavern to restock, maybe with better innkeeper inventories.

I love how confused everyone was by the "x and a half deaths" thing for the gambles that you said about halfway through this vod lmao. It made perfect sense to me. It's to avoid the confusion on if the gamble is 3 deaths, is the 3rd death the cutoff, or would over 3 (so 4) deaths be the cutoff?. That little .5 that you wanna have completely avoids that confusion, since you can't have a half death, there isn't any concern on if the gamble cutoff is on the death amount, or over haha. It's not confusing at all to me, but so many people lost their shit about that in chat hahah. I love it

The .5 is completely unnecessary. If the prediction says UNDER 3 deaths for this dungeon then if joov dies 3 or more times believers lose. If he dies 2 or less believers win. There would be no ties.

The .5 makes the betting line clearer and harder to confuse. Over/Under X and a half of deaths. Very easy to understand. Easier to set the betting line too. He had 11 deaths after 2 dungeons, a good line then would be 11/2 or Over/Under 5.5 deaths, for example. @@PantsMan52

​@PantsMan52 He was using different phrasing. You're thinking of a bet like "joov dies less than 5 time" with the bets being "yes" and "no". His phrasing was instead "Joov dies 5 times" with the bets being "over 5" and "under 5". The whole thing could have been avoided by phrasing the bet more clearly.

Chaos Mage: The Return! Glad to see you revisit that challenge! Also glad to see Ordinator and Apocalypse included, as the new spells and perks these mods bring on the table add a lot of methods (both conventionnal and... unconventionnal) to deal with enemies. I'm sure they will inspire you several challenges of the MacGyver-y kind. The spell roulettes is a nice way to easily include Expert, Master, Dawnguard spells, or spells sold by Neloth on Solsteim, which otherwise wouldn't be getting much action in a timed challenge, I'm loving it.

I had to move recently and haven't been able to get a proper bed yet -- I'm making do with an inflatable mattress. Also, the only heating I have is a hot-water bottle. It would be fun to have a mod that actually implements dnd chaos mage, like everytime you cast something you have whatever chance of something else being cast and if you're playing survival then the rates can depend on hunger, temp and otherwise how "burdened" you are (disease, how injured you are, stuff like that). It would be awesome if it also factors in how much you've gotten your ass beat during the last few encounters but that might be too much to ask for. Skyrim would be my absolute favorite game ever if it had a bit more stat structure and dnd elements, a bit like the older games. It could be separate from the perk tree and you needed whatever in charisma to pick a new perk I speech

Is it just me or does it bother others when joov doesn't search everything he kills or gets all the loot from a cave 😅 also 2hrs and I noticed he's died alot but only ever removed one spell maybe I forgot what the rules we're but he should've been removing more for dying right? Either way it's still a true run so far because he's only ever used the spells he wouldn't have gotten rid of anything For a future version of this challenge maybe have chat vote what spell to remove or remove your best spell to make it more difficult

I think it was that the first death removes the extra spell slot, i.e. that as long as he was clearing dungeons without dying he could hang on to a fourth spell, otherwise its 3. Maybe I interpreted the rules wrong though

It’s actually pretty simple, basically you pick a number like 4.5 and let people bet over or under that many deaths. 4 and lower would be one option, 5 and over would be the other option. Since you can’t have half a death, there’s never a tie. If you do a whole number like 4 instead then if you die exactly 4 times you would have a tie since you would be neither over nor under 4. Does that make sense?

jooverino I have many quarrels with the games u talked about. Cyberpunk has great gameplay, but a game can only be as good as its ending and cyberpunk has the most "illusion of choice" ending in all of video games. all endings lead to the same thing- the end of V the Merc. RDR2 I can't go talk to an NPC, it'll just make arthur put a chokehold on said NPC unless they have specific dialogue(very fucking annoying).
