Getting married should be a big turning point for you KV to at least try to be more healthy. Maybe you have already had a conversation regarding this with your better half, about living life to the fullest and YOLO. But I still feel as a spouse it is your responsibility to make sure your partner doesn't have to suffer as long as possible with hospital rounds, bills, etc. Again, it is just my opinion.
