Lucid dreaming actually makes confusion between reality and dreams less common. The only ridk factors to this are people and places in your daily life, in which case most vivid dreams (depending on the person and what they put in their subconscious) are already like this

Sleep paralysis can be less scary the better you understand how it works

Another banger as always but i think there was a mistake made in the first minute or so of the video. Something was said about the average person dreaming 2 hours per night but dreams only lasting 5-20 minutes. I think what was meant to be said was that we spend 2 hours per night on average in REM state

Dreamers who have been blind since birth display the same characteristic eye movements that define REM sleep throughout we wh kinda st sight later can see in their dreams in some instances..

"this man" imo has very strong resemblance to the actor Javier Bardem's character in No Country for Old Men. Both the book and film released within 3 years of the initial hoax aswell. Coincidence? Probably but i like to think otherwise

My sleep paralysis has gotten so bad I'm afraid to asleep. And by preventing myself from falling asleep, im exhausted. Being exhausted thus makes my sleep paralysis happen. It's a vicious cycle and I don't know what to do

The most weird things about dreams in my opinion is that dream entities start acting weird if you get lucid and interact with them

@@theceoofcrackcocaineandamp5961 They improvise in strange ways and actually seem to be some kind of living beings with free will. They also seem to know when you are lucid or not and seem to get a little scared when you gain lucidity during your dream as this is not supposed to happen.
@theceoofcrackcocaineandamp5961
@theceoofcrackcocaineandamp5961 3 ай бұрын
@@xannyfeel could that not possibly be the brain itself accounting for the lucidity and becoming more conscious in its task of dreaming instead of being conscious? But that sounds like being projected or generated somewhere else. But the fear is kinda interesting? Do you have any theories this is the first I’ve heard of dream entities being something beyond what we’re told.

@@theceoofcrackcocaineandamp5961 i think they are energy beings. Beings that ascended from this dimension. I also think they are kinda like people, there are the ones who want to help you in your life and the ones who just want make you have random generated dream for their own fun.

@@xannyfeel I’ve never heard of energy beings before, but I believe you on the fact that they’re seemingly external entities when you become lucid, I’ve only ever had one lucid dream as a kid and I don’t remember much except using it for the things I wanted at the time, but from a religious perspective if they have a dualism and an intent, I think it must be something bigger than archetypes being projected from our subconsciousness and perhaps could even be deceitful at times if others are seemingly helpful and others are tricksters or tormentors perhaps beware of unearned knowledge, but I don’t have any experience or understanding with lucid dream so I’m not telling you what to do, but sounds like some sort of frontier that could be risky if you don’t know what you’re doing, which you seemingly do but how do you start lucid dreaming safely?
