I think there are 2 vehicles slower than the rusty tractor, the lawnmower and dozer, so it can get slower. Does a Dozer parkour exist? That would be straight torture, not only being insanely slow but also horrible to steer

Honestly, as tractors are built for torque but not speed, the tractor parkour should've been a lot easier. Despite probably only having 15 HP, those tractors should have almost been able to climb a sheer cliff! I blame Rockstar for that one.
