I remember the first time I heard this song I freaked out i was full of youth energy and it made me feel connected to every other person my age on the earth. This song opened a spiritual door for me. I hate to say it but i dont see anything happening like that for these guys. There is no natural Born Killers there is no rage against the machine there is no smash from The offspring. There is no black album. Worst of all there is no TOOL no fuckn tool. I dont think i would even be alive today without tool. And you guys don't have anything like it. You have social media and hip-hop. It sucks for you guys

Such a great song. The Smashing Pumpkins blew up when it came out, and they had dozens of great singles afterwards. A lot of their greatest songs aren't even singles either. They kept getting better with their following three albums and hit their peak with Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. It was double album where every single song was incredible. It's since been considered one of the best double albums ever made, as well as one of the best albums from the entire decade of the 90's. One of the best songs from that album is called *Porcelina of the Vast Oceans* and I strongly recommend it for a reaction. It's a real masterpiece, as are many others from that album. Just for reference, their best albums are as follows. #1. Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness #2. Siamese Dream #3. Pisces Escariot #4. Gish #5. Machina and the Machines of God #6. Adore
