Thank you! Took a very loose interpretation there because I didn't want to get too bogged down in trying to recreate an orchestra 😂

Thanks for this comment. I wasn't actually sure if this one was worth trying originally but I was also pleasantly surprised with how well it came together. Very proud of it, one of the ones I actually listen back to myself regularly.

No way! I didn't think you'd be making a cover of this song! I'm glad seeing it live changed your mind on it, I remember it definitely was the highlight of the night when I saw them live as well And I really like how you adapted the second letting go of the wheel :0 I didn't think this song could be played this well on the piano, this is truly a great arrangement of a beautiful song, keep up the amazing work!

Maybe you’ve answered this somewhere but what’s your favorite Radiohead song? Also, time permitting, could you possibly go back to old vids like paranoid android and Perth (my two favorite songs of all time) and add visualizer? I love your channel I learned 33 “GOD” bc of your vid
@aajfranklin6 ай бұрын
I have had a lot of requests to re-do older videos so I plan to do some eventually, but it's not a priority for me right now as I prefer to work on songs I've never played before. My favourite Radiohead song changes all the time, but some contenders for me are: Street Spirit, Let Down, Idioteque, Motion Picture Soundtrack, There There, Nude, Reckoner, Weird Fishes, True Love Waits.

Wow you did an amazing Job Here also on your other covers of this Album. Is there a chance that you will do a Tutorial of one of these songs and your approach on how to Do a piano cover like that? I am a drummer originaly but try to learn more about piano and i am really impressed that you keep the dynamics when you played the same melody with left hand and changed to the right Hand. Must have been a Lot of practice to play it that tight with no audible difference. Keep Up the great work!

Thanks for the kind feedback, glad you like my stuff from Wall of Eyes. I have thought for a while about doing a video where I share my process but I'm not sure what would be valuable to share or what parts of the process to record. Are there any more specific things you'd be interested to know?

Can you play these songs years after you’ve recorded them? Do they live in the brain somewhere or are they forgotten if not rehearsed?
@aajfranklin6 ай бұрын
Some songs that I worked on for a very long time (like over many years) I can play will with minimal or no rehearsal. But almost all of them need some rehearsal before playing them again well.

I was quoting Like Spinning Plates on that portion, and then Dry Dry Docks from Super Mario 64, both of which share very similar chord progressions to that part of Bending Hectic. Just a bit of fun.
